Job Summary
Responsibilities
šUS Employee Relations: Act as an advisor to managers and employees, serve as a primary point of contact to US employee and vendors and provide support and direction on HR-related matters šPayroll: Oversee the US payroll process, including managing and automating payroll systems and ensuring compliance šImmigration / Employment Law: Oversee US employee immigrations cases, as well as partner with Legal team on US employment related matters šCompensation and Benefits: Oversee our US compensation and benefits packages and further develop in order to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with our global compensation and benefits strategy šHR Operations: Oversee day-to-day US HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, compliance, and record keeping šTalent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and streamline the recruitment and onboarding process šPerformance Management: Support the performance management process, including overseeing the performance reviews for US employees, to drive employee development and retention šEmployee Engagement: Assist with employee engagement strategies, including surveys and initiatives company-wide, as well as programs and events in the US, in order to enhance morale and inform strategy
Requirements:
š3+ years of experience in HR, with a blend of startup and later-stage company experience, preferred šExperience in asset management, crypto, or fintech, a plus šComprehensive HR knowledge, required Global HR exposure, a plus. šExperience cultivating relationships across teams and in a hybrid and distributed work environment šSolutions-oriented and proactive problem solver šStrong project management and change management experience šData-driven and dot connector šThrives in a hyper-growth and ever-changing environment šHigh emotional intelligence and empathy
